Members Present:

OLD BUSINESS:
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm, first Don welch, second Mike Hallford.
Bruce Ray reminded the membership about this week-end’s away tournament at Lake Amistad.

The participants will determine the weigh in location; the times will be the same, 6:00 am till 3:00 pm.

There will be a jack pot tournament on Saturday, big fish; picture of the fish on the scales required.

Mike Hallford advised the membership that Cody Clapper’s weigh in bag disappeared from the weigh in site during the Open Tournament, the club determined that we will give Cody a new bag from our supply.

NEW BUSINESS:
We welcomed a new member, Mike Teskey,(not present).

The November tournament will be held on Possum Kingdom Lake on the 19th.
It was the only lake nominated, and vote was a majority.

Bruce Ray is collecting monies to make a contribution to the American Cancer society in Janet McCracken’s memory, if you wish to contribute, please see Bruce.

Eddie McCracken, discussed our next Open Tournament, the main comments were that we get an earlier start, date will be determined in a later meeting.
